visual studio 2013 - Windows Phone development tools -

i have installed vs-2013 , install visual studio 2013 update 2 rc windows phone 8.1 development using link https://dev.windowsphone.com/en-us/downloadsdk , after want install sdk 8.0 using above link gets me error below:

this product can installed on windows 8 or later 64-bit machine.

but have installed windows 8

kindle suggest me, waiting reply. thanks.

i trying build project, run in debug mode , keep getting "synchronizing output directories" in intellij. takes around 5-10 minutes actual build. project empty , stored on local drive. tried invalidate catche has not worked. out of ideas .. had similar issues? most likely, of data on network drive or in profile being synchronized network drive. if on windows, try moving .ideaxxx/system directory , work directory somewhere else on c: drive.
