Error in starting the neo4j Server (Neography, Ruby) -

the server stopped work , on restarting gave following error. couldn't find related online. idea wrong , how resolve this?

it looks you've messed datastore e.g. unclean shutdown. recover try following procedure:

  1. important: before doing manual changes graph.db folder, make sure have valid backup copy e.g. tar -zcf <path>/graph.db.tar.gz data/graph.db.
  2. check backup 1. fine.
  3. rm data/graph.db/nioneo_logical.log.active. nb: operation might harmful.
  4. try restart server
  5. if comes up, check if latest changes did before db reached current state.
